Founder(s) Background

Roham Gharegozlou - Co-founder & CEO. Rohan is CEO of Dapper Labs and co-creator of CryptoKitties. Before Dapper Labs, he was the CEO at Axiom Zen, a venture studio that specializes in mainstream applications of new platforms and emerging technologies including blockchain and AI. Roham is an investor and advisor to awesome startups, a former VC, and a relentless optimist.

Mikhael Naayem - Co-founder & Chief Business Officer. Mik is co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Dapper Labs and served as a board member for its parent company Axiom Zen, even prior to joining company operations. He is responsible for business strategy, partnerships, and helping build out Flow’s ecosystem in order to create powerful blockchain-based user experiences. His work has led to top-tier partnerships with organizations like the NBA, Samsung, UFC, Warner Music Group, and the NFL. Prior to joining, Naayem founded Fuel Powered, a venture-backed liveops platform used by mobile gaming leaders. Fuel Powered was acquired in 2017 by Animoca Brands.

Dieter Shirley - Co-founder & CTO. Dieter is CTO of Dapper Labs, co-creator of CryptoKitties, and Chief Architect of the Flow blockchain. He is currently tackling the many technological barriers that are keeping the benefits of decentralization away from billions of citizens of the internet.
