Robert began his career in finance with Discover Financial Services and HPM Partners. He subsequently founded two software companies and worked as a product lead at Postmates. Robert graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Geoff Hayes - CTO. Geoffrey leads operations for the engineering team at Compound. An avid crypto enthusiast, Geoffrey created Exthereum, an open-source client to Ethereum. Previously, he led an engineering team at Postmates and founded a venture-backed privacy start-up. He graduated cum laude in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Reid Cuming - VP & GM Compound Treasury. Prior to Compound, Reid led product, machine learning, onboarding, risk, and identity teams at Square, Stripe, and Chime. Previously, he was a restructuring and management consultant at AlixPartners. Reid graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
